ABOUT JASON JONES

Hi, I'm Jason

I am a California based Fitness Trainer with over 10 years of experience in teaching, training and continuing my education. I have transformed many lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.

Outside of the gym, I am a drummer at my church, a husband of 10 years to my beautiful wife Rachel and a father of two wonderful children Tyson & Amyah. Somewhere along the way, I wanted to be an “example” in health and fitness, and thanks to my background in fitness, I started helping people with their fitness goals. As my interest in fitness, and business demands grew, my goal became finding a way to fuse my two passions – the local church and fitness. It’s been an amazing journey and well worth the sacrifices made. Plus, WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!

I use my background to educate and motivate people towards a healthier life, one that embraces movement and getting a handle on their nutrition. I use my knowledge of fitness, plus my years in helping clients, to help them become the best version of themselves while highly enforcing the "example way."


My Recent Work

Straight Arm Push-down Super Set with Seated Cable Rows

This is one of my favorite movements for the back muscles. You also get a great pump in your biceps seeing its the secondary muscle!

Bicep Movement

All Bicep!! It does get tougher the heavier you go. During my current bulk i'm choosing to do heavier weight low reps. This can be done with lighter weight and higher reps as well!!

My Recent Work

Deadlift

The Deadlift works more muscles than any other exercise, including the squat. The lift engages all of the major muscle groups. If you need to do one exercise, this is the one to do. The Deadlift works your lower and upper body, including your back muscles

Jason Jones is the Lead Trainer for EFT and has 10 years of fitness and nutrition experience.

Rachel Jones

Office Manager

Outside of being my wonderful wife of 10 years Rachel Jones is the glue that holds EFT together. She stays in contact with clients and vendors, assists with social media, schedules appointments, and oversees EFT's day-to-day operations.

Grant Dufresne

Graphic Designer

Grant Dufresne creates the graphics for EFT. Grant has over 5 years of experience in graphics and design. He is the Lead Graphic Designer for World Harvest Church in Murrieta, CA.

I had the honor of being one of Jason's first clients. I trained with him for 3 months. Jason is a trainer that knows what he's doing, and he motivated me and pushed me beyond what I thought I was able to do. I saw results within the first couple of weeks. When I was done training with him, I was able to take everything he taught me and apply it to my everyday workouts. What I needed was someone to tell me & show me what to do and not let me complain. I was quite out of shape before Jason started training me. I would tire easily, and well, the way my clothes fit reflected months of bad eating and not being physically active! Since I started training with Jason, I have lost several inches around my waist, arms, and legs. I have done activities that I never thought I could do, like tire flipping. And seeing muscle striation on my biceps and triceps is quite exciting! Jason is a very supportive trainer! He has a way of pushing you to the very edge of your limits and getting you to surpass that without yelling or being rough.
